These terms govern your use of Erdesir Pulse, a monitoring service supplied by ERDESIR LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17360674, with its registered office at Office 20153, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom. By subscribing you accept these terms.
Erdesir Pulse checks the endpoints you configure and sends alerts when a check fails. Limits on monitors, check frequency, team members and alert channels are set by your plan and listed on our pricing page.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and, where you subscribe on behalf of an organisation, authorised to bind it.
We may suspend an account that breaches this section, and will tell you why.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in pounds sterling. VAT is added where applicable. Payment is taken by card through Stripe on the same day each month until you cancel. If a payment fails we retry over seven days and email you; if it still fails, the subscription is suspended.
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Our refund position is set out in the refunds and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Monitoring is a diagnostic tool: it does not prevent outages and must not be relied on as your only safeguard.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
