ERDESIR LIMITED (company number 17360674) is the data controller for personal data processed through Erdesir Pulse. You can reach us at support@erdesir.com or by post at Office 20153, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.
To provide and support the service and send alerts (performance of our contract with you); to take payment and meet accounting obligations (legal obligation); to secure our systems and prevent abuse (legitimate interests). We send product emails only where you have opted in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, our SMS provider and our hosting provider, each acting under contract and only as needed to run the service. We do not sell personal data.
Data is held on servers in the EU and the UK. Check results are kept for 90 days. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, except records we must keep for tax purposes, which are held for six years.
Under the UK GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email us and we respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We set a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie to remember your dashboard settings. Neither is used for advertising or tracking across other sites.
