What it watches
Point Erdesir Pulse at a URL or drop a heartbeat line into a cron job. Nothing to install on your servers.
Status code, response time and response body, from twelve regions. A failure is confirmed from a second region before anyone is woken up.
Certificate chain and expiry date checked daily, with reminders at 30, 14 and 3 days so a renewal never slips past you.
Your scheduled job pings a URL when it finishes. If the ping doesn't arrive inside its window, you hear about it.
Watch for a word that should be on the page — or one that shouldn't, like a database error leaking into production.
Setup
Pick a plan and pay by card. Your dashboard is ready as soon as the payment clears — no sales call, no onboarding queue.
Paste a URL, choose the check interval, set the expected status code. Import the rest from a CSV if you have a long list.
Email, Slack, Telegram, webhook or SMS on Business. Set a quiet window and an escalation contact for out-of-hours failures.
Pricing
Every plan includes all four check types and the full 90-day history. Plans differ only in volume and alert channels.
Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Billing renews every month on the day you subscribed. Cancel from the dashboard at any time and access continues to the end of the paid period.
Delivery and billing
Erdesir Pulse is a cloud service. There is nothing to ship. Your account is created the moment your first payment is confirmed, and a welcome email with your sign-in link arrives within minutes.
Payments are processed by Stripe. ERDESIR LIMITED never sees or stores your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as ERDESIR LTD.
If the service is not right for you, email billing@erdesir.com within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Full terms are on the refunds page.
Questions
There is no trial, but the first 14 days of any plan are fully refundable. Subscribe, use it properly, and ask for your money back if it doesn't earn its place.
Open Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. It takes one click, there is no phone call and no cancellation fee. Your monitors keep running until the end of the period you have paid for.
Yes, up or down, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Business plan customers can request annual invoicing by bank transfer — email billing.
On servers in the EU and the UK. We keep check results for 90 days and delete your account data within 30 days of cancellation. See the privacy notice.
Email support on every plan, answered within one business day. Business plan customers get a four-hour target response during UK working hours.
